Data apa saja yang kami simpan #
Yang kami simpan tentang kamu: alamat emailmu, yang kami terima dari LYNK.id saat kamu membayar atau kamu isi sendiri saat membuat akun, dan ke alamat itulah link akses kami kirimkan; nama yang kamu isi di akun; kata sandimu yang sudah kami acak (hash), yang artinya kami sendiri tidak bisa membacanya.
Lalu: catatan pembelian dari LYNK.id, berupa nomor referensi, nominal yang dibayar, produk yang kamu beli, serta nomor transaksi dan kode produk milik LYNK.id sendiri; sesi login yang sedang aktif dan perangkat yang kamu tandai supaya diingat; feedback yang kamu tulis beserta nama tampilan yang kamu pilih untuk ditampilkan bersamanya; pengenal akun Google-mu kalau kamu masuk lewat Google; catatan internal singkat yang kadang kami tulis di akunmu, misalnya penanda bahwa pembayaranmu lewat transfer manual; alamat IP dari pemberitahuan pembayaran yang masuk ke sistem kami; dan catatan tindakan admin, misalnya kapan akses sebuah produk dibuka untukmu dan oleh siapa.
Nama tampilan pada feedback memang disiapkan untuk terlihat publik di halaman produk. Alamat emailmu tidak pernah ikut ditampilkan.

What we hold about you
What we hold about you: your email address, which reaches us either from LYNK.id when you pay or from you when you create an account, and which is where we send your access link; the name you enter on your account; your password in hashed form, which means we cannot read it ourselves.
Then: purchase records from LYNK.id, namely the reference number, the amount paid, which product you bought, and LYNK.id's own transaction and product identifiers; your active login sessions and any device you asked us to remember; feedback you write together with the display name you chose to show alongside it; your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google; the short internal notes we sometimes write on an account, such as a marker that you paid by direct transfer; the IP address of payment notifications arriving at our system; and admin action logs, such as when access to a product was unlocked for you and by whom.
The display name on feedback is meant to be seen publicly on a product page. Your email address is never shown with it.
Google Analytics #
Kami memakai Google Analytics untuk memahami halaman mana yang benar-benar dibaca dan mana yang dilewati. Yang tercatat: halaman yang kamu buka, perkiraan lokasi sampai tingkat kota atau provinsi, serta jenis perangkat dan browser yang kamu pakai. Semua itu memakai cookie, dan datanya diproses oleh Google di server di luar Indonesia. Google Analytics tidak memberi tahu kami siapa kamu: kami tidak bisa mencocokkan satu kunjungan dengan satu akun.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are actually read and which are skipped. What it records: the pages you open, an approximate location down to city or province level, and the type of device and browser you use. All of that uses cookies, and the data is processed by Google on servers outside Indonesia. Google Analytics does not tell us who you are: we cannot match a particular visit to a particular account.
Kamu yang memutuskan #
Google Analytics tidak berjalan sebelum kamu setuju. Waktu pertama kali membuka situs, ada kotak kecil yang menanyakannya. Kalau kamu menolak, skrip Google memang tidak dimuat sama sekali, bukan cuma kotaknya yang hilang dari layar. The choice is yours
Google Analytics does not run until you agree to it. The first time you open the site a small box asks. If you decline, Google's script genuinely is not loaded, rather than the box simply disappearing from the screen. We record when you gave that consent and which version of this policy you were shown at the time, so both can be demonstrated. You can change your choice at any time in your account settings.

Situs tetap menghitung berapa kali sebuah halaman dibuka, karena angka itu yang kami pakai untuk tahu bagian mana yang berguna. If you decline
The site still counts how many times a page was opened, because that number is how we know which parts are useful. But the count stores nothing about who opened it: no cookie, no location, no device type. All that is kept is that the page was opened once more.
Siapa saja yang ikut memegang datamu #
Kami membagikan data hanya sejauh yang dibutuhkan untuk menjalankan toko ini. LYNK.id memproses pembayaran. Brevo mengirimkan email dari kami, misalnya konfirmasi perangkat baru dan link akses setelah pembelian. Penyedia hosting kami menyimpan situs dan basis datanya.
Google muncul tiga kali, untuk tiga alasan berbeda: sebagai penyedia identitas kalau kamu memilih Log in dengan Google; sebagai pemroses Google Analytics yang dijelaskan di atas; dan sebagai penyedia huruf lewat Google Fonts, yang dimuat di hampir semua halaman situs ini. Yang ketiga itu perlu kami sampaikan terus terang: huruf ikut dimuat bersamaan dengan halamannya, jadi hal itu terjadi sebelum kamu menjawab kotak persetujuan dan tetap terjadi walaupun kamu menolak. Akibatnya alamat IP-mu sampai ke server Google setiap kali kamu membuka halaman. Halaman playbook juga memuat ikon dari Cloudflare (cdnjs), yang bekerja dengan cara yang sama.
Kami tidak menjual data kamu ke siapa pun, dan tidak memakainya untuk iklan.

Who else touches your data
We share data only as far as running this shop requires. LYNK.id processes payments. Brevo delivers our email, such as new-device confirmations and the access link after a purchase. Our hosting provider stores the site and its database.
Google appears three times, for three different reasons: as the identity provider if you choose Sign in with Google; as the Google Analytics processor described above; and as the supplier of the typefaces, through Google Fonts, which nearly every page of this site loads. That third one we would rather state plainly: fonts load together with the page itself, so it happens before you answer the consent box and it still happens if you decline. The effect is that your IP address reaches Google's servers every time you open a page. The playbook pages also load icons from Cloudflare (cdnjs), which works the same way.
We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
Berapa lama data disimpan #
Data akun kami simpan selama akunmu ada. Ada satu hal yang perlu kami sampaikan terus terang: catatan pembayaran tetap tersimpan meskipun akunmu dihapus, yaitu nomor referensi, nominal, dan tanggalnya, karena itu catatan keuangan dan bukti bahwa transaksi pernah terjadi. Setelah akun dihapus, catatan itu tidak lagi terhubung ke identitas akunmu. Feedback yang sudah kamu kirim juga tetap tersimpan bersama nama tampilannya. Data Google Analytics disimpan selama 14 bulan, lalu dihapus otomatis oleh Google.

How long we keep it
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. One thing we would rather say plainly: payment records survive the deletion of an account, meaning the reference number, the amount and the date, because they are financial records and evidence that a transaction happened. Once the account is deleted those records are no longer linked to your account identity. Feedback you already submitted also stays, together with its display name. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and is then deleted automatically by Google.
Hakmu atas datamu #
Kamu berhak meminta salinan data yang kami simpan tentang kamu, meminta perbaikan kalau ada yang keliru, dan meminta akunmu dihapus. Caranya satu: chat WhatsApp ke 0819-1310-1118, sebutkan alamat email akunmu, dan kami urus. Dua hal yang perlu kamu tahu sebelum minta penghapusan: aksesmu ke produk hilang permanen (lihat bagian penghapusan akun di Ketentuan Layanan), dan catatan pembayaran tetap tersimpan seperti dijelaskan di atas.

Your rights over your data
You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected if something is wrong, and to have your account deleted. There is one way to do it: message WhatsApp 0819-1310-1118, tell us the email address on the account, and we will handle it. Two things to know before asking for deletion: your access to the products is permanently gone (see the account-deletion clause in the Terms of Service), and payment records stay as described above.
Bukti kamu menyetujui Ketentuan Layanan #
Waktu kamu mencentang kotak persetujuan dan membuat akun, kami mencatat kapan itu terjadi, versi Ketentuan Layanan dan Kebijakan Privasi mana yang kamu setujui saat itu, dan alamat IP yang dipakai saat itu. Catatan ini disimpan terpisah dan tidak pernah dihapus atau diubah, walaupun akunmu kemudian dihapus.
Alasannya sederhana: kalau suatu saat ada perselisihan tentang apakah kamu pernah menyetujui Ketentuan Layanan, catatan inilah yang membuktikannya. Alamat IP boleh kosong pada beberapa catatan lama — itu tidak pernah menghalangi akunmu dibuat, dan bukan berarti persetujuannya tidak sah.

Evidence that you accepted the Terms of Service
The moment you tick the agreement checkbox and create an account, we record when that happened, which version of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy you agreed to at the time, and the IP address you used at that moment. This record is kept separately and is never deleted or altered, even if your account is later deleted.
The reason is simple: if a dispute ever arises over whether you agreed to the Terms of Service, this is the record that proves it. The IP address may be blank on some older records — that never blocked your account from being created, and it does not mean the agreement itself was invalid.
Dasar hukumnya #
Kebijakan ini mengikuti UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, termasuk soal persetujuan dan pengiriman data ke luar negeri. Pengiriman ke luar negeri itu memang terjadi di sini, karena Google Analytics, penyedia huruf dan ikon yang dimuat di halaman kami, serta layanan pengiriman email kami sama-sama memproses data di server di luar Indonesia. The legal basis
This policy follows Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, including its rules on consent and on transferring data abroad. Such a transfer does happen here, because Google Analytics, the font and icon suppliers our pages load, and our email delivery service all process data on servers outside Indonesia. If you have an objection or a question about that, raise it on WhatsApp at 0819-1310-1118 and we will deal with it.
