If you need anything before or after buying, message us on WhatsApp at 0819-1310-1118. All support happens on WhatsApp rather than by email, so there is no inbox to sit and wait on.

Personal use only #
The files you download from the playbook, including the full playbook as a PDF, are for your own use: keep them, print them, cook from them at home. What is not allowed is reselling them, bundling or repackaging them into another product, and posting them anywhere public such as a marketplace, an open group, or social media.
Everything else, meaning the online playbook, the videos and the calculator, is tied to your account. That account is yours alone: not to be lent, sold, or passed around, and your password should never be handed to anyone.
If any of that is broken, whether by reselling the content, sharing account access, filing a chargeback without a legitimate reason, or any other fraud, we may suspend your account without a refund.

Sisanya, yaitu playbook online, video, dan kalkulator, terikat ke akunmu. Akun itu milikmu sendiri: tidak untuk dipinjamkan, dijual, atau dipakai bergantian, dan kata sandinya jangan dibagikan ke siapa pun.
Kalau ketentuan ini dilanggar, misalnya isi produk dijual lagi, akses akun dibagikan, ada chargeback tanpa alasan yang sah, atau ada kecurangan lain, kami berhak menonaktifkan akunmu tanpa pengembalian dana.
How long your access lasts #
Your access lasts for as long as vonnybasoeki.com is running, with nothing further to pay. If the site ever has to close, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand by email to the address on your account, so you have time to download anything you want to keep.
Files you have already downloaded remain yours after the site closes, as long as you have not taken a refund on that purchase.
If you bought in the 30 days before that closing announcement, you may choose one of the two: a full refund, or keeping the files you have downloaded. Not both, because a refund always ends the licence and requires the downloaded files to be deleted.

Berapa lama aksesmu berlaku
Aksesmu berlaku selama vonnybasoeki.com masih beroperasi, tanpa perlu bayar lagi. Kalau suatu saat situs ini harus ditutup, kami memberi tahu paling lambat 30 hari sebelumnya lewat email ke alamat yang terdaftar di akunmu, supaya kamu sempat mengunduh apa pun yang mau kamu simpan.
File yang sudah kamu unduh tetap menjadi milikmu setelah situs ditutup, selama kamu tidak mengambil pengembalian dana atas pembelian itu.
Kalau kamu membeli dalam 30 hari terakhir sebelum pengumuman penutupan, kamu boleh memilih salah satu: minta pengembalian dana penuh, atau tetap menyimpan file yang sudah kamu unduh. Tidak dua-duanya, karena pengembalian dana selalu mengakhiri izin pakai dan mengharuskan file yang sudah diunduh dihapus.
Refunds #
Because the product opens the moment payment clears, we do not refund a change of mind. But if you paid and genuinely cannot get access, that is our problem to solve: message WhatsApp 0819-1310-1118, we fix it first, and if it truly cannot be fixed you get your money back. Note that once a refund is made the licence ends with it: your access is closed and any files you already downloaded must be deleted.

How many devices at once #
One account is for one person. You can be signed in on up to 3 devices at the same time, and the 4th sign-in signs out whichever device has been signed in longest. So if you change phone or move to a laptop, you simply sign in again and nothing is lost. The number above is read straight from the setting that is currently in force, so what you read here is always what you will meet when you sign in.

If you delete your account #
You can ask us to delete your account at any time on WhatsApp at 0819-1310-1118. Please read this first, though: deleting the account permanently destroys your access to every product, it cannot be restored, and the deletion itself is not a ground for a refund. If what you actually want is to stop receiving email from us, just say so; the account does not have to go with it.

Kalau yang kamu mau sebenarnya cuma berhenti menerima email dari kami, bilang saja, akunnya tidak perlu ikut dihapus.

Payment #
Payment is processed by LYNK.id, not on vonnybasoeki.com. We never receive or store your card number, PIN, or bank details.
What LYNK.id sends us after a successful payment is: the email address you entered at checkout, the transaction reference number, the amount paid, which product you bought, and LYNK.id's own transaction and product identifiers. That email address matters, because it is where we send your access link. So make sure the address you enter at checkout is one you actually use.
The price that applies is the one shown on the LYNK.id checkout page at the moment you buy.

Alamat email itu penting, karena ke situlah link akses kami kirimkan. Jadi pastikan alamat yang kamu isi saat membayar memang alamat yang kamu pakai sehari-hari.
Harga yang berlaku adalah harga yang tertera di halaman pembayaran LYNK.id pada saat kamu membeli.
If these terms change #
We may update these terms, for instance when a feature is added or a rule changes. Every version carries a number and an effective date at the top of this page, so you can always see which one is in force. One thing we will not do: an update never reduces what you already bought. If a newer version gives less than the version in force when you paid, the version in force when you paid is the one that applies to you.

Governing law and disputes #
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. If something goes wrong, message WhatsApp 0819-1310-1118 first, because almost everything is settled there. If it still is not, you can take it to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) in your city or to the Indonesian courts. Nothing on this page is meant to take that right away.
